I truly believe that everyone in the world is equal. It doesn't matter what their color of their skin is or if their a male or female. Everyone has rights and that's something that ignorant people seem to not get. What makes one person better that another. In the chapter and in the ted talk it they both talk about how women's rights are being taken away and how many women live in fear. But that's not right. Although there is exceptions. Some women stand up and fight for what they believe in and that's a good thing. They're all different types of prejudisms around the world and if people don's stand up for their rights then nothing will change. In the US one big conflict going on right now are gay rights. Gay rights have come along ways in the US but there is still a long ways to go but because many people stood up for what they believe in they are getting closer and closer to achieving what they deserve.
