Why dont we complain? Buckley

The question of why we don't complain I think should be addressed by the idea of the way that our society is shaped today.  We rely so much on the services of others, thus letting ourselves be deprived of the basic knowledge of being able to do things ourselves such as plumbing, or electric problems. At the same time, it seems like every time we complain, we are almost being judged or people don't respect what we have to say by reacting rudely.  OR, we are the ones who are afraid of peoples' reactions to our comments.  It makes sense that we are afraid to get judged by our complaints, but at the same time, if we "complained," or simply "suggested" change more, maybe people would be more open to new ideas and wouldn't take complaints so harshly.
