After I watch the video
I can kind of relate to some of what these people are kind of feeling. My
family moved here from another country at a very early part of their life not
as young as the people in the video but still pretty young. During that time
you are thrown into a world completely different and unfamiliar, you lose the
sort of that comfort and you really can’t blend into that culture. I understand
a bit of it, being born between two different cultures you stuck not knowing
what to follow and its get kind confusing. I also felt bad when people try to assimilate
or at adapt and get comfortable just to get look down on. This doesn’t make it
any easier for them to like the culture that their thrown into but not everyone
like that and I hope they see that.
I enjoyed reading your post because you had a personal experience with the same aspects of the video. I definitely agree with you on how people may look down on people who come from different cultures and have different ways of doing certain things.
