V for Vendetta

Something I found interesting about the film V For Vendetta was that the media would lie to the people. The news lied about V being killed, and also about how the man that V killed later on in the film died. People will usually believe what they see in the news without questioning it because they seem trustworthy and they should be reporting the truth. In reality the media will lie a lot, if not they just don't tell the whole truth. Sometimes they will report things that are true, but they have so many wrong details about it.

  1. I noticed in the movie that the news reporter's blinking was a notion that she was lying. I agree that our media lies. I wonder if anyone can distinguish when they are lying and when they are telling the truth.

  2. This is really funny! I remember seeing this and I couldn't believe how dumb the media could be reporting this. Like do they not double check their sources or just use common sense when it comes to reporting things??
