The beginning of the Ted Talk really stood out to me because my dad is always talking about how us kids and teenagers aren't going to know how to communicate in ten years. He thinks that we are just going to be talking with technology. But when you really think about it, our texting has gotten way better than it used to be. We used to text with missing letters and random acronyms that nobody but us middle school texters could understand. Honestly, how we text now are actual sentences with proper grammar and even if our parents don't think so, we text WAY less than we did back in middle and high school. Lyke Oh em gee how did we used 2 tlk lyke dis and not get annoyed with each other??
