Texting is Killing Language, jk!

I found this video very intriguing, as I it was the first time I heard an argument implying that texting wasn't dumbing down our language. Although I don't entirely agree with this idea, he still had many points in his talk that were very valid. I'm more inclined to believe that texting has made our generation less capable of communicating well with one another, as we are constantly creating shorter ways to describe what we are attempting to communicate to another.
