In V for Vendetta, I find that the state or country, uses mass surveillance. They have people everywhere, and many, many cameras. Also, the ability to turn one channel on around the state/country. This reminded me of the movie Eagle Eye, with Shia Lebeouf. In the movie, the government has full control of surveillance in any part of the united states, as if to say there is a possibility we are all being watched.

The topic of government surveillance could be a controversial topic over freedom, privacy, security, and protection. In the movie you can tell the government uses mass surveillance, but I'm sure our government in reality uses it as well where it has been confirmed or not.
ReplyDeleteIt's kind of creepy to think that this could actually be possible one day? What if the gov't gets so scared and nervous of possible terrorists and bombings in the US that they do this? It'd be ridiculous and all of our privacy would be stripped away!
